It far exceeds the competition in functionality but after nearly 2 decades they are the most proactive, always developing and listening to the client to help continuous improvement.

The product has huge amounts of potential and is extremely customisable. From a customer perspective it is great and it's features are strong.
There is very little I can find fault with Coreprint in the way we use the system for our B2B and B2C sites.
Great software which is easy to use. Good support form the training and the support centre which is quick to come back with responses.
Only thing i dont like is the preview on templated products where it doesnt intuitively update the preview window.
Overall, I give Prinful 5 stars. At the end of the day, the quality of their products is amazing and it makes me proud to partner up with them.
Horrible all around and its a shame that Printful is allowed to proceed with this kind of terrible customer service and NO knowledge in basic Printing.
Printfull has proven to be an excellent choice when I decided to launch my T-shirt business printing. Combined with Etsy it is amazing.
However, during Covid, printful was not well managed - shipping and customer service were horrible and have me considering going elsewhere.
They go out their way to help out with queries. Also there are plenty of discount codes and monthly competition to win prices which is very nice.
If someone wants a specific product badly, there could be weeks without availability before another one comes back into inventory. So these people will have been waiting quite patiently.
The quality of the printing has been as good as I've seen anywhere, the products are top notch, production has been fast and shipping has as well.
That last few days of the process is what they count as their fulfilment time, allowing them to pretend they kept their guarantee. I had a client's Amazon account that was completely ruined by this.
