Whether you're a small business, ecommerce platform, marketplace, enterprise, or developer, PayPal Commerce Platform offers what you need to run your business and help it grow.
Plus, I can see the details at a glance and love the ability to integrate my own pictures so my clients and I can all see the beautiful eye catching graphics of my choosing.
Some of my clients were hesitant to switch from paper copies to online, but that is a generational issue. There is nothing about the software that I dislike.
Love love love HoneyBook. It has transformed my business organization and in prices client experience.
Very confusing switching over. I have been running my client management for over 4 years on my own.
Love this program and I am so thankful for the ability to schedule emails, to keep everything in one place, and how their inquiry forms integrate beautifully to our website.
I felt a little lost and overwhelmed when I first started using it.
I love the customization options in creating your own templates. I also love how the app and desktop versions seamlessly work together.
Also, the email feature within HoneyBook can be a bit confusing. Sometimes, I can't tell if an email sent or not.
It is super easy to use and really nice to use when you don't want to have to deposit a check. The security is great because you can't do much without having to log in every time.
Asking clients to do this is embarrassing and it seriously impedes cash flow. It makes paypal a bad option for firms who only use it sporadically.
At present I manage the money from my classes and my work in this account and it seems affordable and reliable, I can tell you that it is a super positive experience to use it.
The most frustrating experience is recently I had a dispute and I could not see the dispute details in the app and had to login via the browser.
It has been seamless and teaching how to use for clients has also been great. I like PayPal and would recommend.
However, it is somewhat difficult to navigate disputes between buyers and sellers. It can be difficult to navigate to the section of Paypal that you need in order to work through a dispute.
I love the fast processing of payments and the user friendly platform. Love how so many places do accept it as payment and many seller stores offer it.
Your account locked and going through a painful experience to having it unlocked again. No direct customer support hotline - have to go through a painful chat support.
Jane: Hi, I'm Jane. I have a small company with less than 10 employees and I give Honeybook a 3 out of 5 rating. Before Honeybook, we were linked to HubSpot, which is a large CRM product with a free element attached to it. We looked at and ultimately would have chosen to continue with Honeybook because it was a really good system that had pretty much everything we needed in it for a decent price. However, being based in the UK, Honeybook doesn't support outside of America at the moment, which was a huge blow because I fell in love with it. So the 3 out of 5 is due to them not supporting the UK yet. Otherwise, it would be a 5 out of 5. Getting started with Honeybook was really simple. Again, it follows a lot of the generalized accepted processes that we understand via Microsoft and via Google and kind of webpage design and everything was clear and easy to understand and you could set up a lot of stuff and it would automatically feed into other elements of the program. There was enough flexibility and ability to kind of alter wording and templates, et cetera, without it basically being like you are creating everything from scratch using a system that needs a level of technical knowledge. And it kind of would connect with pretty much any provider as well. So it was really, really useful and really simple to set up. It is a really useful piece of tech. I would play with it all, see what it can do for you in replicating what you're doing currently. I would also really, at the very beginning, think if you are going from just using no CRM or an older version of a CRM and you are moving over to something which a tool like this where effectively it's more than a CRM, it does everything, sit down and sort out your business processes and your paperwork and everything so that setting all that up is really straightforward and you can get people working on it really quickly rather than it being something that drags on for a while, which can happen as a small company.
Nischala R.: Hi. My name is Nischala. My job title is Payroll Manager and Admin, and my company size is 140 hairstylists. It is a franchisee of a hair salon. And I rate four out of five to the PayPal, and five is the highest. So I use PayPal as a payer as well as the receiver. I am pretty active volunteer, so we receive PTO payments from the school community. We receive the... I do some kind of Christmas gift card for bus driver, those kinds of things. So I am at the receiver ends also, and most of the invoices, what we receive for the hair salon industry, we have an option of PayPal payment. So for my professional payment work, we use PayPal as a payer, one of the option for payment. I feel that it doesn't have the login problem in the sense that forgot password is not required. We can log in as one time code, which has made my life easy in the sense that I do not download apps and so the login issue has been taken care. And whenever I make the payment, I see the options of do you want to pay by PayPal balance and do you want to pay by the bank account, which is connected to the PayPal and also the credit card, which person might have with the PayPal account. So I like the connectivity issue. We don't have to remember the password, we don't have to download any app, and it has the internal options for the payment. I know that we have lots of options for the payment nowadays. One thing which I don't like, when it gives me the first option, do you want to pay by the PayPal balance, I do not know the amount, what is in the PayPal. So I know that if I have $50 and I am buying something $100, that $50 can be paid by PayPal and $50 via the bank account connected. But I really want the amount which is in the PayPal balance to be visible without going through the app or clicking so many options.
