PolyPM vs Backbone: Which is a better fit?

Wonderful owner of the company who is very knowledgeable of his product. Has a positive attitude and is very helpful.

There is still a problem between the warehouse system and the boxes with the finished product that makes it unable to use the same box number.

Response from users has been great. The ease of use, the ability to extract and analyze data is something everyone appreciates.

Because of the nature of this business, the amount of data across multiple sources was immense and caused lags in the software.

We are impressed by how responsive the team is to individual needs and their willingness to customize modules as necessary. The system is well-thought-out and executed.

You can limit or restrict users to only access what is necessary. Also, with this system, you can always be sure that the vendor will find a way to do what you need.

From the start to finish, it was a great experience to work with Mickey and Andrew. They listened to our concerns and needs and did their best to give us what we were looking for.

They have been super helpful at guiding me on ways to work through questions and set best practices around system functionality.

If there is one error you have to regenerate the whole tech pack after the error is fixed, even if it is still within the same parameters as the previously generated tech pack.

They are supportive and help with integration as much as you need. They help recommend ways to better utilize their system and customer service is very responsive.

Backbone only gives a bad workaround asking us to use the fit and revision section for TP notes. Compare samples section is non-functional and difficult to view/comprehend.

Good - the support team is also very responsive to our inquiries which I appreciate.

The inability for customization needed. Difficulty in communication in the platform.

In general, I feel this software is user friendly - it has a well designed user interface that both looks good and is clear and easy to navigate.

Sometimes things get deleted or altered in our BOMs and we don't know why. This is a little frustrating.
