For teams and companies of all sizes.
Google Workspace brings email, chat, files, meetings and your favorite apps into a people-first experience powered by Google AI so that you can safely connect, create and collaborate.
It cares about your privacy and the communication process is encrypted with the ease of sharing screen. Best for Online meetup of friends or colleagues.
We changed after a few months of testing. The rooms ended up giving failure and the number of participants was limited.
It's a very good, easy-to-use tool for both internal and external communications. Excellent sound quality.
There is no option to share files. Negative point is that anyone can control the meeting, anyone can mute all other participants, anyone can be admin.
Overall I am satisfied with the Jitsi platform and happy to recommend it.
Compare to other videoconference plateform or software, jitsi miss the possibility to organize independant rooms or a virtual whiteboard. You cannot also record it.
When you create a meeting, you are always able to re-enter to the same meeting with the same link, even after you close the application. The Video and the audio have a very good quality.
It is not a very widespread application and its use is limited to regular users within an organization, compared to more common options to meet with clients.
Collaborating with multiple people is easy and effective, and there are many great features such as making comments and inserting edits that can be viewed and resolved.
I've recently been getting emails in error from Gsuite. I've contacted customer support and they have no explanation for these error emails.
This is an amazing tool that assists you in making your place better and more productive. It is easy to use and also cheap.
We have found the provide storage to be inadequate at our tier level, and have had problems with Windows 10 compatibility.
It’s so nice having everything in one place and starting off in a hub every single morning. What I like most about Google sweet is that it has literally everything a business needs.
It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.
To be honest it’s very user friendly and flexible. All modules are very usefully and important.
Painstaking to get it set up correctly on android, as well as my laptop. Confusing billing system, frustrating security, and terrible customer support.
Zach C.: Hi, my name's Zach. I'm a CTO, and I give Jitsi a four star out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Before Jitsi we were using Slack video calls, and we are just having some random sort of technical difficulties with different people on our team. Some people had audio problems, some people had different connection problems, really, just unfortunately, it wasn't meeting our needs for the most basic standard, which is just having a reliable platform. It wasn't reliable enough for us. That was really the main reason why we decided to switch and look for other tools. The reasons why we chose Jitsi, for one, it's a great free solution. That was a big deal. And the fact that it works for anybody without setting out [inaudible 00:01:02] account and works through the browser, and is really easy for any other users to join a Jitsi meeting. That was a huge plus for us. It worked great internally within our team, but it also worked with other clients when we wanted to set up meetings. All we had to do was send them a link, and it was always an easy, no hassle way to start a meeting. There's no applications to download. There's no accounts to create. It doesn't matter what other programs they might be used to, Jitsi always worked great. Other than that, it really just met all those basic requirements, has all the great functionality of most of the other video conference applications, and it can also record meetings. That was also a great advantage for us. Just connect it to your Dropbox, and it can record meetings and store the recordings there. Besides that, it has all the standard configurations and ways to control the speakers and participants in the meeting. It really met all of our needs in that respect. I can say that Jitsi was probably the easiest application that I've ever gotten started. It was just so quick and easy going to the browser and just clicking on the initial button to start a meeting, and you already are up and running, and then you can send a link to your friend and get started. There's really no barriers to start up with Jitsi. It's one of the easiest applications to start with. My recommendation is if you're considering Jitsi, first of all, the price is obviously great, being free. It really just depends on your needs and what you're looking for. Within the team, if you need a quick, easy-to-set-up video conferencing tool, both internally and with clients, I really think it's a great option. Probably the only downside is that it doesn't have all the integrations, so it's not an all-in-one tool as in like the calendar and scheduling and the recording option that some other tools out there have. You do have to use Dropbox to save the recording, so you might need to get a paid Dropbox account. The calendar isn't integrated in there, so the scheduling and meeting scheduling might have to be done through a separate platform also. If you're okay with a little bit of disjointedness in that respect, then I think it's a great option. If you're really looking for one whole, cohesive video application, calendar scheduling, recording, then you might have to look at some other platforms out there.
Eugene L.: Hi, my name's Eugene. I am the owner of a commercial real estate company. We have about five people within our company. And I give Google Workspace five out of five. I used Microsoft Teams before, and where Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace have similar functionality, I just found Google Workspace to be more user-friendly across all my employees in different departments. I chose Google Workspace for my businesses because of how user-friendly it is and how cost-effective it is. Onboarding Google Workspace was actually pretty easy. I started with the email functionality, our main form of communication with both clients and tenants alike with our commercial real estate business. And then, as we worked through that system, we started using the drive. We started using cloud functionality, Google Workspace Docs, spreadsheets, etc. For those of you looking to integrate Google Workspace into your business, I highly recommend making sure that you're aware of how to integrate your website with Google Business and how that works to improve your business, as well as get reviews, etc.
