Mirakl is a very nice market place, it's quite easy to integrate and propose great functionalities (like a kind of collaborative PIM, where you can get product sheet from your provider and use it).
The promotions for products were limited, but I guess that is the choice of the Mirakl's host.
Their client success team is also incredibly helpful in sharing best practices. Their customer base is also impressive and very useful to learn from others.
What I least like about this software is the lack of an online test platform. One has to talk to a sales rep before trying out the product on its own.
What I like most about this software is the amazing UI it offers. It really allows any company to get a footprint online without great effort.

Now coming to pricing : VERY VERY expensive. Maybe they should charge just 10% of what they charge to compensate for the loss they will give to the account.
