A successful experience for me as a user - a very good and intuitive functionality which makes the platform easy to use.

There was no user control for resizing or other manipulation of images uploaded.

It was very user friendly and had a great interface. I had to add two of my colleagues to the project and it was very easy to do so.

Upload of CMRT form has been refused by the system. No option to get help or information how to solve the problem.

I was impressed about how integrity next handled questions relating to SAQ modules that were now straight forward to answer.

The GDPR and Data Protection rating is nonsense in the way it is implemented as it basically gives a green light for European only data processing and a red light for everything else.

We used this program as a vendor to submit information about our company to a client. This was simple to use and organized in a way that was super effective at getting the information needed.

The initial communication that we were required to complete the survey did not come from the direct end-client, which caused a delay in our response.

Very good experience because it's easy to use with a lot of helpful tools so the software does a lot of the work for you in the calculation and the availability of good databases.

Half of the screen in the inventory is wasted to unnecessary empty space (it is just white). On a big screen this problem doesn't occur.

It's also great that we are able to help upskill our clients and empower them to be able to complete their own calculations.

Hard to remove a full integrated list if for instance uploaded with mistakes. Databases recently load slower than usual.

It also has a good variety of EFs available to use. The team are super helpful and support is quick to answer any questions.

Could have been more interactive. The problem with all these tools is that unless you actually start using them pretty much immediately, you forget.

I appreciate that our needs are being followed up upon and that there is constant development and also reports on the progress.

When you are working in the inventory on a small laptop, you can't see more than 4 rows of the inventory. Personally, I find this quite annoying.
