ReqSuite® RM vs Cerberus: Which is a better fit?

So far, we have not noticed any features and options that were missing.

From the first moment we got in touch with Osseno GmbH we were treated very well and comfortable. Osseno's support is not only friendly, but very courteous and professional.

Lack of documentation mostly related to export of documents out of the database.

Working on user story templates or use case modeling is supported. Pricing and support is brilliant.

The data export and the very cumbersome and partly outdated reporting in a Word document is the biggest problem for us so far.

This was easily setup with the help of Osseno. Thanks to the "import from Excel", it was easy to fill an initial database.

With ReqSuite, traceability was added to the product. From the top-level feature, down to the lowest level requirement and unit-test.

Thanks to this tool, all recurring and time consuming tests were moved from manual to automatic. Now, all this time saved can be put in more valuable tasks such as improving the organization.

We can't mix between web and rest api in the same test (or documentation is missing). Tuto and tips are missing.

Cerberus is the best framework I know to get started with automation testing, its accessibility and reliability on API, Web and Mobile testing makes it my go-to solution for IT projects.

Lack of documentation: the documentation is not exhaustive and doesn't provide enough information to ramp up on your own.

My overall experience with this tool is great and I would definitely recommend it.

Installation and configuration can be a bit tricky but once done its very potent.
