Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Sabrina. I'm a billing specialist, and I give Splashtop Remote Control four out of five stars. And for more reviews like this, you can click below. We use Splashtop to connect to the computers that are in our offices when we're working from home. We also use it to get into the client's computer to troubleshoot and to solve problems from there. What I like the most about Splashtop is that it's really easy to use. As long as you have the credentials to the computer you want to log into, then you can just put them in, find the name of the computer, and that is all you need to do. What I do not like about Splashtop is that sometimes when you connect to another computer, first of all, you can drag and drop files. And second, it might get slower, and that takes a long time to do things on the computer that you're connected. So I think that's something that they should improve.
