Ideagen Damstra vs Alkimii People: Which is a better fit?

I like the Velpic team most. The support and customer service has been very good as is the ease of set up and use.

No longer do require multiple pieces of software to bring our content together, all we do now is upload content into their platform using a browser and then build our inductions and training lessons.

We were really excited initially from information provided of its capabilities. This software was introduced to improve workflow and speed up flow of information.

Takes too long for approvals and rejections due to having to be completed manually. Double entry of majority of fields and requirements.

Easy to monitor employee participation and pass rates. App looks great and employees are actually commenting on how good training is now.

Huge waste of time and effort. Clunky GUI and slow servers.

Excellent reporting and viewing of results. All round excellent product.

Overall Alkimii has been the best decision for the company they are so helpful , So user friendly to use , and has everything you will need , Checklist, HR , Revenue etc.

Loss of internet connection and inability to check information in the application.

The customer service is always excellent, any of my queries whether a quick question or a bigger issue are resolved quickly and reliably.

Sometimes, too many new features are out at one time and it gets ignored or forgotten.

Generally excellent and give good, reliable information as and when required.

If not updated, doesn't work at all. That's my only complaint.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are always eager to help.

Honestly this is not about them but any time i am transferred between stores, my account log is gets messy.
