Zoho Webinar vs EasyWebinar: Which is a better fit?

I like that Zoho Webinar is highly customisable and easy to use. The video quality is great and its a stable webinar.

Sometimes users get confused about connectivity.

I really like how easy it is to use. And I love the automated emails (both reminders and the the follow up emails).

There was lag in both audio and video in organizer and attendee screen which caused some issues in conducting the webinar.

This platform has been a wonderful one to have helped me do what i truly wished to do, I am not a tech savy, but still it was very simple and easy for me to use.

No possibility to integrate the contact list into my CRM.

I definitely enjoyed the ease of uploading and the quality and ease of the landing/registration pages. I enjoyed the fact that the software integrated with my email system.

Sometimes I noticed a weird clicking sound. No idea if that was the fault of the app or the connection but others in my office heard it too on their own headphones.

Functionality is terrific. I use this once a week for my work and the layout in particular stands out for having a terrific balance of ease of use and a magnitude of extremely useful features.

There have been a couple of occurrences of slow uploads and error messages with video content so I've had to repeat the process a few times, but it's no biggie.

The ability to make money without having to do much. It's seamless and loves how it integrates perfectly with our CRM to tag folks at appropriate intervals so we can do customized follow-up.

It's so nice to know that I can have people enjoy my workshops when they're able to which leads me to build a stronger connection to them which helps me grow my business without too much effort.

He said he would look until the refund, but didn't even respond me for one week, even though I sent 3 follow up emails. Very poor customer service.
