In the beginning stage of our business zoho tool was great and helped us maintain good records with perfect reporting.
I am also missing cash flow prediction modeling. I am also missing the xml invoice export, for that I need another tool.
The another best thing about this software is that it is the best accounting financial management software because it is the most reliable software for accounting as compared to its competitors.
It can't be integrated into other softwares and slightly lack something that other competitors have.
I finally landed on Zoho Books and my experience with this software is amazingly outstanding in its results and ease of use.

Zoho is a good solution for small entities for invoicing and maintaining basic accounts. Its has a good mobile compatibility which helps in getting work done fast and easy.
No matter how many times you call or email, no one follows up - and if they do it's certainly not in a timely manner.
The products are easy to use and learn therefore training our IT team is always achieved. The number one quality ACOM has brought to our company is the outstanding support team.
There have been occasions when invoices have gotten lost in the system and not exported however we were unaware. This has been my only true negative experience with the Acom system.
There is an ease in maneuvering the system. The approval process for submitting invoices is great.
There are a TON of steps and they have complained about the number of clicks they have to do to complete an invoice.
The customer support team is wonderful in helping find solutions in a quick time frame. Always courteous and professional.
The only negative is that attachments in another software that is imported from ACOM only has a viewing span of 5 years. When doing research for extended history, the attachments are not available.
The Acom software is very reliable and robust. We can always count on the product seamlessly working to reliably produce our forms.
My biggest complaint would be when I was required to buy EZDesigner Pro while paying maintenance on the previous version. I think that should have been an upgrade on maintenance not a repurchase.

What I like most about Zoho Books is its ease of use and it seamlessly integrates with my other Zoho products, like my Zoho CRM. What I dislike, there's not really much to dislike, other than doing your financials is not the most fun thing about running a business. But I guess everybody else can say the same thing.
