TrueReview vs Rize Reviews: Which is a better fit?

He did pretty much everything for me. He was excellent with email and phone call communication, very polite and professional, I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service.

It's sort of confusing how to disable the SMS portion of the campaign and set messaging accordingly.

Lack of being able to send reminder messages for a review.

True Review is an easy to use platform that also has fantastic platform help support.

It's very hard to find a con with this software. The only features that would be a added plus but not required would be an app to send review requests and a review reply template.

It's super easy to use and teach other employees to use. We also love the different custom options and seeing where in the process people are engaging.

I love working with the staff and the tool works great. We have lots of reviews for our clinic and it really helps people feel comfortable when they need to call us.

It is not integrated into our main system and requires some manual manipulation, but it is very manageable.

The willingness of resources to make customizations is fantastic. The dashboard is easy to understand, navigate and use.

I haven't found anything I don't like at this time.
