Still like the dashboard that allows whole team to see what is already scheduled. We have multiple departments who use GoTo and we rarely have any conflicts.

Pros

The fact that we have set meeting rooms that have their own links that do not change.This makes including new people super easy!

Cons

Not everyne is familiar and sometimes have har time joning. Often have to walk invitees through the steps. This is usually a user issue not a platform one but still cause some issues.

I have used it for team meetings, client calls, and screen sharing sessions. It will solves the problem of reliable remote communication and helps teams stay connected from different locations and tool is easy to set up , reliable for video calls, and improves team productivity. Despite minor issues that's dependable solution for professional online meetings.

Pros

GoTo Meeting is a very easy to use and first time of the users video and audio quality is stable and clear that makes online meetings smooth or I liked the screen sharing feature a lot because it works without lag and helps in explaining things to clients and team members It provides good value for money compared to other meeting tools that Team collaboration is easy with chat, meeting links, and recording options and Scheduling meetings and joining with one click saves time and improves productivity.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slow especially on low internet speed and Advanced features are limited in the basic plan that can be expensive for small teams or The interface looks slightly outdated compared to newer tools. Customer support is helpful but response time can be slow during peak hours.

Pros

It provides a ton of options for creating meeting rooms. Even if the price seems high at first, its value comes when you need to connect many users. The video quality is high despite the wifi.

Cons

I find it more tricky compared to Zoom or Slack, for example. It would be better to add an AI to help us find different hidden options.

if i just need super reliable video calls and dont care about price, this is a very safe choice. its perfect because new ai features are very useful.

Pros

it just works for meetings. i send a link, people click it, and they are in the meeting. the audio is always clear. very reliable. i never have problems with it. its simple, just for meetings, no extra confusing stuff.

Cons

its expensive for just a meeting tool. other tools give i chat and more for free. the interface looks a bit old. and sometimes people have to download a small app to join which is annoying for them.

The Go To experience has been overall well. We have not had many discrepancies or negatives that have drew our focus elsewhere. This is the first software our company has used.

Pros

GoTo is great for our companies telecommunication set up. The platform enables our logistics, sales, and marketing teams to comply and operate within federal guidelines.

Cons

Go To can sometimes be difficult for external users to manage, log in to join calls, or save information discussed in meetings such as powerpoints or PDF documents.

The experience with GoTo Meeting has been marvelous. GoTo Meeting has made it possible to attend our regular meetings virtually which has made our team communications very effective. GoTo Meeting has helped us streamline our communications and information sharing.

GoTo Meeting is easy to use and the meeting user interface is very sleek making it east to join meetings. GoTo Meeting has meeting summary tool that help summarize our meeting discussions to get the key points that was discussed.

Cons

GoTo Meeting is easy to use and the user support has been very reliable. I have not found any aspect about GoTo Meeting that has not fit my needs. There are no cons.
