Very easy to use software, and amazing customer support. I have only needed support a few times, but every time it is so easy to get ahold of them and they resolve issues very quickly.
Occasionally there is a discrepancy in the total amount of tax collected versus the expected taxes due, but I would suspect in my case that it is due to errors in Amazon's tax collecting formulas.
They are always quickly available, friendly, helpful, supportive, and really listen to what your question or issue is. I really appreciate that...great business support and customer service.
Signing up for TaxJar has been the most disappointing experience our business has had in at least the past 3 years.
Autofile is very nice, navigation and articles/help/support through all the tax laws of each state is very useful.
Take the stress of overload out of your business.
This software was very easy to implement for our online sales and helps ensure we are collecting the appropriate taxes from customers and I no longer have to think about it.
For instance, if you are trying to fiugre out if you have nexus in a specific state by needed to know the number of transactions per year, it is really hard to find that info in here.
That it was easy to implement to our online platform. And the customer service is outstanding.
When we have a business doing small transactions but with volume ($5 to $10), it is just insane as we will pay 1 to 2% of our income just for this service. And it is not even the subscription yet.
Best thing was it was easy to integrate with project, - provide wide(different) payment Integration - The Technical support was good always helpful whenever I ask for help.
For example, one problem I learned about later was that I wasn't collecting the IP addresses properly at first in a way Quaderno could understand. So that was a whole headache.
It was good will recommend other's to use it so they can also take advantage of this.
Business seems to have no idea that giving a discounter for a one-time fee is worth more than losing a subscriber.
Somewhat easy to integrate API if you're a developer as there is pretty good documentation. Priced for SAAS businesses.
There are so many different documents, products and reports. Sometimes it could be hard to find which one to use for the right purpose.
