I used the software to design a yoga retreat a few years ago, that had to be cancelled.

The times I have communicated with staff they were friendly and great at customer service.

The fully automated lack of a live person is frustrating to no end. The process itself requires too much set up and not enough accountability on behalf of Icontrol.

One of our customers uses it. They like it so we like it.

There is no option to review the file for errors before processing.

With easy set-up for retailers, quick support and ease of payment processing, This platform is one that we will be recommending more in 2022 to our retailers.

The file submission format is time consuming and error prone. The website is uninformative.

The reporting features on this system are very clean and easy to understand, which makes monthly reconciliation a breeze.

It's a pain in the butt self generating invoices on the software when they're done elsewhere as well.
