The UI is very responsive, with a good feature-set, easy to use and there are always enough translators around to help out.
The main menu for each project is slightly confusing. The interface leaves room for mistake between different users on a same project.
Invitations to join the specific language can be sent via different ways. The approval of the translations is pretty easy as all the important codes and variables are highlighted.
It is the only platform which teaches grammar in Tamil while translating (when there is a grammar mistake.
Since then I started to love this because of its easy, clear and fast using among all the projects, translations etc. I dont like other services that are used for translating to be honest.
After importing the file which has been performed with other tool, there is no function to import it with confirmation.
Crowdin is the most feature-rich of the localization platforms out there. Just as important, it has the best online translation editor for translators.
There are currently no features that I don't like.
The software is sturdy and very user friendly. But I must say that what I like best is the team of people behind it, and the way they become one with our team in helping us reach our goals.
Downside sometimes is the long loading time. Especially when looking up what the reviewers has changed.

Fonts were changed, links were no longer working and image format was changed.
Anybody can do it and that's great, since placing an assignment should be easy to do. Also the possibility to get notifications and to be able to use messenger to contact Transperfect is very nice.
The individual business requirements that are unique can be difficult to get prioritized for change.
The software is very easy to use. I love that it is user friendly and allows for quick and easy uploads.
Hard to sell to management but not unsurmountable.
