Thie transition to MeetFox has been seamless. I absolutely love it and is the best booking tool I have used yet (previously Cogsworth and Book Like a Boss).
For example if two or more need to schedule a call with me we must do it through another service. But it is possible there is a feature to do this I am unaware of).

We wanted to be able to have multi-site communication via the voiceover IP phone system, and also be able to work from home in everything going on with the pandemic and ice storms in our part of the world. We just want to be able to connect all of our locations via one phone system with a shared hold park line and provide the same experience across all the locations, instead of having phone systems, we're having to buy and manage on site. I really like the control. We're able to make dynamic changes and they're updated quickly. So if we have an hours change or inclement weather holiday, or I need to get something changed for the phone system quickly, I'm able to do so, and then push the information to the phone as well as dial plans, being able to have an automated attend and push. We had a scenario recently where one of my stores internet system was down. So we were able to route all the calls to my other location and still be able to take care of those clients. As with everything, It is not cheap. It can be a little spendy and some of the interactions we've had on the front end here, you're dealing with a large company. So if they bill you incorrectly, you've got to work through that a little bit and it can be a little challenging.

Before I was using MeetFox, I was using Google Meet, but then I was also using a booking tool at the same time. And the problem that clients were having is that they weren't able to access Google Meet without downloading some piece of software or creating an account. Whereas MeetFox just operates right in the web browser. So there was nothing to download. It worked on the browser, on their computer or even on their mobile phone. So I chose MeetFox as a platform because it combined the availability scheduling tool along with the web-enabled interface. So MeetFox was super easy to set up. There was nothing to really configure on the backend. You basically can connect it with your existing calendar software. I use Google, so I just connected it on the back end to my Google so it could see my calendar. And then once I was done there, I was off to the races. I could set up a landing page that I could share with clients that let them see the information. I could also connect a payment vendor. I believe it was Stripe that I used, and that allowed me to then take payments for any of my calls or any of my services as well. So I'd recommend picking up MeetFox if you're looking for an affordable tool that just works really, really seamlessly and doesn't require a lot of technical expertise on your part. So if you're looking for a scheduling tool that also bakes in SMS alerts so that your clients aren't missing the calls, if you're looking for something that will record your calls so that you have a record of what you chatted about, it's a win-win and it's definitely worth it. The team behind them, the customer service and that developers are super active and super friendly and always happy to help you if you have any problems.
