VinCue vs TEXT2DRIVE: Which is a better fit?

VinCue is an amazing company. They are very prompt to respond to inquiries and have even redesigned parts of the platform to work better for our business model.

I have helped with multiple products that our dealership utilizes. This has been the worst experience of all of them.

I use it at the auction and I can have values instantly. I like how it shows vehicles similar to what I scanned that is for sale around me from other dealers so I can do competitive pricing.

I use it in regards to uploading photos, I am often irritated that each photo must be manually deleted, and cannot be bulk deleted.

I feel much more confident in my appraisals. Being able to see what's on the market is a huge advantage.

Users have had some issues with it being inconsistent when updating inventory such as changes not saving. There is also a bit of a problem with latency.

Easy use and a lot of helpful tools.enables you to used manhei,,blasck book, nada. Also like having comparisons from local and dealerships outside of our area.

Only being able to take one picture of the car really sucks.

Sensitive content hidden] is fantastic. She has been our account manager and we are lucky to have her.

Unfortunately there are currently too many flaws. Credit card collection only worked some of the time and customers struggled to make payments.

I love the ability to provide consumers with deals electronically. Since we are in a millennium world now the summer love to receive things Electronically.

Sometimes there is some automated messages that go out that don't make sense for the customer but overall it's usually user error.

It helps to upsell in multiple ways with the camera and photo functions and the ease of check out it great.

The full buy in from all Our Techs was difficult.

It has been a positive change and a great way to stay in contact with our customers. The automated text that are sent for the repair orders, the survey and future appointmen ts are working well.

Customers do have a bit of difficulty using the application to pay for the bills.
