Flowingly vs Tax1099.com: Which is a better fit?

We are loving the ease of use; absolutely anyone on our team can build/publish processes and the adoption rate is really good. The product is very intuitive and the interface is really fast.

The thing that annoys me most is that it reminds you of jobs you don't want to do.

This is why we initially chose Flowingly. No automated emails 'thank you for your interest in our product' just passionate and responsive people with an open door policy who strive to meet your needs.

Roadmaps change and feature are often delivered with delay.

The Flowingly team also provide amazing customer support and are super receptive to product feature ideas and feedback.

Overall, we have had a great experience and appreciate that each year Tax1099 takes our feedback and makes whatever adjustments they can to better serve us and their clients.

They do not provide any support around tax season. Either they just don't bother and stop looking at complaints or they just can't handle the workload.

I have been using this platform since 2018 and when I started using it I was so happy of the ease and the convinience of it.

Spent hours trying to rectify this including sending information to Dept of Tax and contacting Tax1099. End result of denial of claim and penalty imposed for late filing.

I love everything about Tax1099.com. It is very easy to use and the price is worth what you get.

The only issue I had with Tax1099.com is that I was charged for using their format to file a 941X and was not able to e-file it.

We save ton of time where they support QBD and QBO at the same time. Workflow mgt is another great feature that we like.

We will be disputing the charge and will not return to this service unless a prompt response is received. The phone number simply hangs up on the caller.
