The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation seamless. Additionally, the CSM is responsive and exceptionally helpful, ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved.

Inability to upload multiple certificates for multiple employees. Inability to communicate with our current software Spectrum.

They are seeking our input to make their product better for our needs which is wonderful.

I have had a few problems but the were fixed that day by their IT group.

When i did the initial set up before it was more streamlined, it was quite difficult.

Adapts perfectly to the user's needs offering features like being able to get reports on your phone or scan card from your phone.

The calendar, too many clicks. I don't like when approving a worker you have to go to the end of the pages because it sorted when the newest are at the end.

Sensitive content hidden] has been perfect and an asset for our success in starting our company with working with corfix.

Sometimes get's confusing trying to use the safety reports, could be how they are worded that causes this issue. Likely no a Corfix problem and mainly user issue.

Ease of use is fantastic and the customer relations is amazing. They are always open to input too.

Any features that could be missing are in the works to be added.

Corfix is a fantastic tool supported by individuals who are invested in the success of our organization.

The formatting and page breaks on a finished report need to be more streamlined, and less confusing to navigate to the end reader.

The customer success support staff is amazing, and make it easy to ensure you are getting the most out of the product.

The beginning features of Corfix were a bit limited from the timekeeping side, for what our company needed.
