Coming from Worldship and other shipping systems, LMS is the best I have used, it is easy, reliable, and has many helpful features.
You have to put the heaviest skid in first and work your way to the least heaviest skid. If put in the wrong order it will not process the shipment.
Latitude Manifest is very easy to navigate between different functions and menus. Their customer support team is fantastic and the system is very robust and reliable.
This is also partly on the carrier as well. The one area that I feel as though needs some refinement is within the international dangerous goods shipping.
Pathguide LMS is a solid product that just works. We've been using it for over 15 years and have been very pleased with our experience.
Shipping multiple skids with FedEx freight is frustrating.
Latitude Manifest and Shipping does a great job of helping manage all aspects of our warehouse processing, from inbound receipts to outbound orders to internal inventory management.
The only thing I miss having is the function from UPS World ship being able to look at a specific day to find tracking.
