SiteSeer Technologies vs Google Maps: Which is a better fit?

Void analysis is fantastic and extremely useful. Custom tools made for our team are extremely valuable and Siteseer's team has done a fantastic job programming those tools.

A few SiteSeer functions seem a bit outdated in terms of usability. For example, the process to save/name a scenario and the inability to drag a scenario to move it to another folder.

It's simple to use and creates clear, easy to read reports. Customer service is clearly a huge priority for this company and it has been a joy to work with them.

The main thing I have disliked about this software is the issues it runs into when trying to import a large data set for a scenario.

We thoroughly appreciate Tom and Andy's abilities and willingness to think through ideas with us (and even suggest their own) as we work to enhance our product and, in turn, our business decisions.

Finding accurate traffic counts is hard because I don't know where the data is being pulled from.

Great product, outstanding support and drives informed business decisions.

The thematic maps in my opinion are virtually useless and in some cases limits the ability to tell a story about a trade area or region.

The most I liked about google map is the ability to save places on the map and make my own collection. It makes my travelling very easy and pleasant.

I have found some errors, however, within the history of visited locations. There were some entries stating missing location and/or some locations visited that had the wrong Business Name entered.

Loved it and the best app so far and used for everyday commute by car or public transport with best accurate details.

Maybe because of the uncertain routes, but still when I have to use it, there isno option. The battery consumption is high and sometimes offline mode lags a bit.

Easy to use, great navigation, great visualization for most of the time. Very important can be when the narration says something like - be in the 2nd lane from the right to turn left.
