Netix Flow is the essential integrated EDI solution for medium and larger businesses to be able to manage high volumes of transactions and complex trading partner relationships.
It is a great product keep all your EDI needs in one. I like the factor of keeping and reusing your internal process/solutions for future claim edits.
The only problem I had was with tech support. Definitely the worst I have ever had to use.
I had not dealt with reading EDI files before and it worked perfectly.
However, it took a lot of digging because support is so bad.
This is real value for your money. This product is easy to use, easy to integrate, consistent in its patterns, making it easy to implement.
The main person, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is very condescending and you have to filter through his sarcastic comments and belittlements to actually get an answer.
Functionally this is a good approach for EDI RELATED issues.
We are probably going to use another platform as soon as our subscription runs out and that's a shame because this is a 5 star product if support was even average.
Ease of implementation with Sage 50 and superb support, issues are dealt with very efficiently and quickly. Remain competitive on pricing.
Couple of errors which are flagged by customer not by netix.
Generally a great platform. Easy to use and good support team.
No analytics available from Netix. E.g. SKU order frequency/performance.
Integrations are easy and in cases where they haven't been (M&S as an example), the project team ([sensitive content hidden] ) have been amazing at going the extra mile to get things over the line.
Nothing we have come across so far, we don't use it to it's full capabilities but that's because of our requirements alone.
Once implemented with a retailer it is very reliable and robust at taking the EDI order inbound and raising invoice/warehouse orders.
As a novice in EDI technology, it can prove a bit tricky to speak the right language and find one's way on the portal.
