Always easy to come in contact with &frankly to get help which is great when you want support. I think that the tool is very easy to use for the employees which is crucial for the engagement.
The many clicks to take out reports is something that I have had problems with, but I know this is on the road map going forward.
It's a great tool to follow up on the company/team goals and activities. It's also so much fun to use as an engagement tool like asking: Whom would you like to giva a high five.
We used a lot of "one time only"-questions, and there's no easy way to delete packages of questions without support from the software supplier.

The surveys are fun and encourage you to complete them in a 'gamified' approach.
Sometimes it was hard to answer because there was no suitable option available.
I loved the ease of the application. The tracking of progress, goal settings, and activity board encouraged me to keep up with the competition, in an engaging, healthy way.
Back button does not exit the app which is annoying.
Overall experience with Yumuuv is very good. As growing company they have been very interested in improving the product and at the same time developing the product according customer needs.
Limited app integration with other smartwatches/phone apps. Hard to upload photos in the chat.
The gifts presented by the employer also motivate me to work harder, but above all, my own health is important. When I train myself, I am more vital, I have more energy and vitality.
Moreover, some other integrations just don't seem to work or are missing (e.g.: Samsung Health).
User-friendly environment, easy to use, easy-to-understand user manual, customer support is super fast and super friendly.
Sometimes I got problem with correct counting of steps.
