The software is great, the customer service and response time is amazing. We love that we can get assistance super quick to resolve any problems.
We've had to implement "No appointment, no visit" workaround with checkboxes and such, which do the job for unwanted visitors/solicitors.

The least redeeming feature of this product is that at various times, updates are not shown, and little hiccups and mix up in variables with ABNs have occurred which has been frustrating at times.
The overall experience with CM3 has been positive. We have managed to migrate 97% of our contractors over to CM3 and worked through the experience and process with them.
Sometimes the search functionality is a little confusing.
