Very fair pricing and simple to set up. The real-time updates in the GUI are impressive and there looks to be some rapid and useful development underway.
The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.

The interface can be overwhelming to a novice user. Things can quickly become confusing and overlapping services can make troubleshooting the problem complicated.

We use Jamf Pro daily for the management of our iPads, MacBooks, and Apple TVs on two different campuses covering kindergarten through 12th grade. We use it to deploy apps. We use it to push notifications and updates, and we also use it to help with our inventory to ensure that we know where all of our devices are at all times and the overall health of our Apple devices on our campuses. Jamf Pro provides me the ability to do one touch deployment. It allows us to manage a whole bunch of devices without having to go and physically touch each one. When a teacher needs an app, when an update needs to be pushed, we're able to manage it all through Jamf Pro and not need to go out and touch and talk to every person and their devices. It allows us to streamline our workflow. Jamf Pro is a very robust program. It takes a lot of onboarding and training to really get to know the nuts and bolts to use it effectively. I think, after our time using it, there is still so much more to learn. So while being robust and great for the just day-to-day stuff, it is often a few too many clicks to get to what I need it to do, but we are able to work it out. They do have a great training library and resources.
