I enjoy the consistency of the features in putting together a board.pack, the reminders are good, and the ability to minute directly into the agenda is great.
Our Board management would be cumbersome and inefficient. We cant afford that, however neither can we afford to be 'loose' in management of the Governance processes for the business.
I enjoy the ease in which I can access documents, the reminders that I receive regarding meetings, and the user interface is clean and easy to use.

The action tasks which don’t seem to have the functionality for being removed or archived once completed. They seem to reappear with every single board meeting which is quite frustrating.

Luca: My name's Luca. I'm the EA to the CEO at Anthony Harper. We use BoardPro for our board meetings, and I would rate it four out of five. So we use BoardPro for our board meetings, and it's really useful in terms of removing any need for paper printouts for our board meetings, and also as a place for us to store many notes or key agenda items or action items, and it's just a really easy tool as well, especially with the automated reminders. What I really love about BoardPro is it feels like it was designed with the end-user or the customer in mind. It's really easy to use. It's very follow the bouncing ball. It's obvious that some great CX designers gone into this, and it just makes my life easy, which I really appreciate. One thing that I would like to see from BoardPro in the future is the ability to customize the font on the board papers. That way, we could just keep it in line with what our company font is, and it would just make everything a little bit more streamlined.
