BoardPro vs Decisions: Which is a better fit?

I enjoy the consistency of the features in putting together a board.pack, the reminders are good, and the ability to minute directly into the agenda is great.

Our Board management would be cumbersome and inefficient. We cant afford that, however neither can we afford to be 'loose' in management of the Governance processes for the business.

I enjoy the ease in which I can access documents, the reminders that I receive regarding meetings, and the user interface is clean and easy to use.

During the most recent board meeting, I lost the use of the pen and spent unproductive time trying to figure it out.

I really like how easy it is to use, it is very intuitive. It is great for keeping all the documents together and have them at hand as you are progressing through a meeting.

There are a few frustrating aspects to it, including the tasks and some of the Internet providers don’t open the app such as Safari.

Extremely easy to use, very cost effective, great suite of options, huge time-saver, excellent customer support helpdesk, comprehensive knowledge base of FAQs and how to's.

The action tasks which don’t seem to have the functionality for being removed or archived once completed. They seem to reappear with every single board meeting which is quite frustrating.

The ability to note tasks allocated and decisions made swiftly and in a trackable way really is brilliant - it makes follow up and tracking so much more straightforward.

The main problem has been working out how to make it work in a way that will be recognisable for meeting attendees.

Decisions helped me to be organized like never before. I can confidently run meetings and stay on top of all things related, thanks to it.

It can be a bit confusing to fugure out where meeting notes are stored.

Very happy with the first meeting, the [sensitive content hidden] were happy with how easy it was to access the reports.

A part from a few bugs and missing features, I don't see any cons.

It really helps me to manage my meeting more effectively. It works great with microsoft team and Outlook.

It's okay, but time consuming due to lack of knowing how to handle the software.
