Sometimes the gmail app bugs out and disappear from my inbox. I can't identify if it's a Mailtrack or gmail error.

Mailtrack is super easy to set up and use. The price is great for the value, and I love the discounts offered if you purchase multiple months at a time.
They have problems with mobile implementation. Notifications in my desktop work well but not on mobile.
Clients love the shared timeline. It not only helps keep me organized through many transactions but the clients are impressed that you made it just for them.
Not sure what the problem with the plug-in is, or how to fix that glitch. Also, I desperately need an iPhone app where I can view escrow schedules and contacts, and make entries.
I am thrilled to be in this industry in a time when this tool is available. Being able to see all the conversations regarding one transaction in one place is wonderful in itself.
If/when a transaction is glitchy from the beginning I've noticed those same transactions tend to to miss emails, drop transaction data, etc throughout the process.

I enjoy how easy it is to use. Setting up templates and having it autogenerate the timeline is a great feature-especially getting rid of the weekends & holidays.
It’s hard to move folders around. Can’t delete duplicate folders only archive which causes unnecessary clutter.

Are able to track to make sure all our employees receive the email and that it is read. We're able to see in real-time when it's read, how many times it was opened and how people perceived it. When you send it to multiple people, it just gives you a ballpark, it would be nice to see it individually.
