My experience working with Annex Cloud has been fantastic. The level of support I received was excellent, and they were always willing to work with us to accomplish our requests.
The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.
A great solution for businesses to add social log-ins and loyalty programs on their site, as well as many other available features. The customer experience with Annex Cloud was great.
The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.

No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. It has been an absolute nightmare for me, my practice and my clients.
