My experience working with Annex Cloud has been fantastic. The level of support I received was excellent, and they were always willing to work with us to accomplish our requests.
The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.

I use Viber on a day-to-day basis for international calling and communications international clients and stakeholders around here and there. Why I like most is the free calling feature that I can make calls around the world with decent price for the application itself and the cost effectiveness. Sometimes there is a lag when I'm doing a call that the voice is late a little bit. That's what sometimes it happen, not all of the time.
