My experience working with Annex Cloud has been fantastic. The level of support I received was excellent, and they were always willing to work with us to accomplish our requests.
The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.
A great solution for businesses to add social log-ins and loyalty programs on their site, as well as many other available features. The customer experience with Annex Cloud was great.
The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.
Annex Cloud was has been a great partner. I haven't had any surprises and love that I have confidence in them.

Searching for activity history is challenging. Too many unclear or similar sounding menu options that make it unclear as to where to search or what I can actually do on the site.

I have not run into anything that I dislike about this app or the support that comes with it or the price that I pay for it.

Because of some reasons, I cannot leverage all features and quota of email marketing, but still pay the whole billing.

I've just added it to my shop, so I haven't yet encountered anything I don't like.
I love the rewards loyalty program. I also like that customers can rate your store site as well as the products.
Except I don't like the logo colour, I would prefer it if it was black when it appears on my site.
