The customer service is excellent. The representatives have all been very knowledgeable and helpful.
Honestly, only thing I disliked was responding client text coming in after hours, BUT Textellent has implemented this year a way to stop this with the “After-Hours Responder.
From the time that I have signed on, I had the best customer representative that ensured I understood the software and was there to help me with any issues.
My business has been using Textellent for a year now and we don't have anything we don't like about it.
My favorite feature is probably the "Happy Birthday" texts because the clients love receiving them.
Don't like the fact that there is a charge for send out personalized text blast.
Because it is easy to understand and most important thing, you get excellent customer support that is why i personally used this service and also recommend to others.
The only thing I struggled with is that I had some missed SMS sends INITIALLY that were reported to me by my customers.
Plivo provides excellent call quality, SMS delivery rates, and reliable voice and messaging services. Their documentation is comprehensive.
It's also a bit confusing to navigate. I'm not above learning to use a complex system, it's just that there are some strange things.
The user interface improve a lot for the last released and improve the order of the items. I'd like to see improves in the documentation for developers in the java JDK.
In some cases the documentation is wrong about JDK.
We initially liked their pricing (most appealing) and then once we logged in we found that they had a very nice layout.
