Excellent, we were an early adopter so we encountered some bumps in the road but the responsiveness of the Yardi staff was excellent.

The integration with your bank account for EFT payments is great. The ability to manage your documents - leases and attach to a tenant is great.
Auto charges are not automated. Once an invoice has been rejected, it is unable to be deleted (I guess it just sits in the system until the end of time?).
I would highly recommend this product as it has all the bells and whistles you would need. It also has excellent customer service which is very important in this industry.
That there is some functionality missing. There were several features with Yardi Genesis 2 that are no longer an option.

This is an issue with some landlords who are not used to having to be reimbursed tenant expenses. This is also a problem with bond deductions.

If you have a mid-month rent review you need to raise a second invoice manually for the tenant after automated emails have been sent out and send again. This is very confusing to tenants.
Overall what I like most about PT is the ability to export reporting in csv format and to have all the information at my fingertips. I also enjoy the new interface and information format.
After using the system for a few weeks, you realise there are key functions missing for managing commercial properties.
The ease of use and automation of PropertyTree are the best things about this product.
A big issue is that we are unable to pay tradespeople directly from the tenant (ie. pool chemicals invoice) We have to charge the owner first, then charge the tenant.

Previously, we were just printing reports out of an Excel spreadsheet. We didn't have an actual database system until we were able to practice on this particular database system, which helped us maintain better records. I chose Yardi Breeze because I was able to maintain accurate records. It helped me understand better the procedures on how to access client data information in order to assist them better with their needs. It was extremely simple to set up as well as user-friendly, so it was almost a walk through the park. I would recommend the program for anyone that needs organization in order to submit a large group of data into the system to keep you organized and on top of your tasks for those clients.
