I love that I can give access to others as well, good for reports. Their support is also great, there were several occasions when I reported some bugs and they fixed them promptly, which is awesome.
You have to keep up with announcements to avoid missing new features.
I love the many different checks available, it was ahead of the game when it launched and keeps improving. I also like grouping my sites, and the many notifications and their in-depth customisability.
For example, if a Google Analytics tag goes missing.
OhDear has been a consistently great service with excellent uptime. It helps me keep track of our services and provide valuable reports to our clients.
The overall experience with Oh Dear was ok, but I could not monitor a few domains because of them. One of my domains expired because they failed to notify me.

Siteimprove makes it ease to optimize our website, giving quality scores and making it easy to identify where we can improve the SEO and overall user experience.
When I used it, I noticed a lot of false flags - it would say a link was broken when it really wasn't. It's also an expensive software.
Our subscription with them has really improved our accessibility and the fact that they keep us notified on any updates to law/policy is really helpful.
We have many websites with a huge overall amount of pages and we were not able to keep track of functionality on all of them. So we had many mistakes that were not necessary.
