Companies that use third-party contractors/vendors to complete work on-site who want to streamline their current compliance process and eliminate gaps in their health & safety program.
IT operations and IT security teams and their leaders at financial institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, oil&gas companies and other verticals.
The Contractor Compliance team has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Knowledgeable, flexible, professional, supportive and extremely responsive.
The only issue with this software is the price that contractors need to pay in order to register. This has been the only barrier to using the software more than we already do.
Very user-friendly and offers a great service at a good price point. The entire team we've worked with has been great as well, always very easy to get a hold of, helpful and quick to respond.
The dashboard can be a little misleading at times. It will say you are 100% compliant, but you will have just received an email saying something needs your attention...can be confusing.
I found it a big learning curve or me but once I started working in it I love it and love the help Contractor Compliance give me, super supportive.
It makes it difficult for Managers to find a contractor that we already have set-up if they don't know what service they provide.
The integration and set-up was very easy. Sensitive content hidden] was great to work with and very supportive throughout the entire process.
After a few days i stopped receiving calls and things started to pick up pace. Within a couple of weeks we had 60+% contractors registered.
After getting the system up and running it has been a great tool for being proactive when monitoring our environment. The automated reports work great.
I had a hard time handling citrix sessions events, this has been a frustrating endeavor as I expect the netwrix team to have the knowledge to provider assistance with extra useless log entries.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Although it may fail every now and then, it will go back and gather the information it missed in the last run and get backup to date on the audits.
The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
Reporting filters can be a little confusing to use at times, and customization options are limited, requiring editing config files rather than within the GUI.
I love the ability to create almost ANY report you can dream up. I am a newbie, I cannot wait to see what all this application is capable of.
I also wish it was installed without a web component that I need to worry about patching.
David E.: Hi, I am Dave. I'm the IT infrastructure engineer at Midwest Energy and Communications, and I give Netwrix Auditor a five out of five stars. We are using Netwrix Auditor to solve password lockouts and password compliance, as well as security for user access and auditing purposes for documents. The user interface is easy to understand, and Netwrix Auditor's knowledge-based articles on how to implement the product and features is self-explanatory and easy to read. I guess the major drawback that I see of the Netwrix Auditor product is that each component that you want to monitor requires a separate license and a separate purchase. So it's an a la carte style charging system, but it would be much better if the entire product was just licensed for every feature.
