The ability to send documents to other colleagues. The ease of navigation as well between documents is excellent.
Frequent error messages - cannot communicate with middle tier.
Volume is very reliable and has good loading speeds. This helps with trying to locate old documents when going through hundreds of pages.
Difficult to find clients if correct format of name not put in - had to use.
Ability to attach files/emails/correspondence with ease.
When there were middle tier errors however these were always resolved quickly.
Overall I really like volume as a paperless storage service.
Collaborating with multiple people is easy and effective, and there are many great features such as making comments and inserting edits that can be viewed and resolved.
I've recently been getting emails in error from Gsuite. I've contacted customer support and they have no explanation for these error emails.
