It is easy to use, has great graphs and charts full of helpful information, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Customers cannot identify that they want to unsubscribe just to notifications about a specific car, so they loose all notifications/reminders.

The simplicity of how it is laid out and the help dropdowns are very straightforward. Customer support has always been top notch and so responsive to all my requests and cries for help.

I pay for a service to be done by professionals, because I am am not in this field. But I expect more than what I am getting.

Call recording makes it easy to find out if managers are doing and answering calls as trained. Email marketing is great to have service reminders, thank you's, and recommended services go out.

The dashboard is a little difficult to navigate, but operable.

I liked how you can manage reviews from different platforms. I liked how it automatically saved clients information and i liked the how responsive the customer service is if I ever needed them.

From the get-go, their customer service was abysmal. I found myself stuck on hold for hours and received vague, unhelpful responses to my inquiries.

It was awesome, great for a business that needs to go online but doesnt know where to start.

Poor consumer service, bad website and harder to use to collect reviews.

I like the concepts of how to collect reviews and also have a website. I signed up hoping to improve my online presence.

They also copied my current site that I told them not to do. I asked for a refund of my first month they charged but they won't.

Wonderful value, easy to use with good customer service.

Majority of the time they did not know what was wrong with the system.
