Overall we were quite displeased with the program.
We are pleased with our experience at Autoleap and happy to find an easy to learn product.
I cannot believe all we were missing before making the switch. I do not ever want to go back.
I was very happy with the integration and training provided. Customer service has been wonderful.
It opens alot of tabs which is kind of annoying.
This is great to be able to have everything all in one platform that is easy to use. The implementation team was so helpful and made sure we were set up for success.
I am not able to think of anything I don't like about their software.
It is easy to use, has great graphs and charts full of helpful information, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
Customers cannot identify that they want to unsubscribe just to notifications about a specific car, so they loose all notifications/reminders.
The simplicity of how it is laid out and the help dropdowns are very straightforward. Customer support has always been top notch and so responsive to all my requests and cries for help.
I pay for a service to be done by professionals, because I am am not in this field. But I expect more than what I am getting.
The product is continually improving and going in the right direction. Our marketer is great and provides good feedback and helps analyze reports on a regular basis.
No person drives under these conditions to change oil at 10k miles.
Call recording makes it easy to find out if managers are doing and answering calls as trained. Email marketing is great to have service reminders, thank you's, and recommended services go out.
The dashboard is a little difficult to navigate, but operable.
Asher: Hello, my name is Asher. I'm the owner of Myrtle Beach Mobile Mechanics, and I give AutoLeap a four out of five. Prior to AutoLeap, I actually was not using any shop management software. I was doing everything by hand, and that was causing a lot of issues with organization and just general scheduling issues. So when I got signed up with AutoLeap, that helped a lot. I decided to go with AutoLeap mostly because the representative that I spoke with was just very helpful, answered all of my questions very well, and price wise, they were very competitive with the other places that I had looked into, and they just seemed like they possibly had a few more features available that the other ones didn't. Getting started with AutoLeap was a bit of a challenge. The onboarding team did a great job though, helping me through with everything and just kind of expediting the process as much as they were able. The worst part about it was just getting all of the information that I had been doing by hand prior, uploaded onto AutoLeap, but again, the onboarding team was very helpful in getting that done. And overall, it wasn't actually as bad as I was expecting. For anybody looking to get AutoLeap, the main recommendation or comment I would have is make sure to pay very good attention to all of the onboarding videos and information that they provide at the beginning, because otherwise the learning curve is definitely going to take you a little bit longer to get over, but because of all the information that's available to you and all the help from the onboarding team, it's not as bad [inaudible 00:01:47].
