Clearooms vs QReserve: Which is a better fit?

Support team has been great assisting us in any speed bumps & finding ways to accomplish what we needed for our team. The free trial was a great way to test the platform to see if it worked for us.

Only issue is selecting the right location- it doesn't automatically select our office which I've forgotten sometimes and then accidently booked at the wrong site.

Very positive, so good to use after Covid and helps you feel reassured about safety measures in place.

It shows the car parking for another site as the default page not the desk booking for my office which can be a bit frustrating.

The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.

I don't like having to check in, I find it a bit annoying.

It's very easy to use and nice that we have an visual layout of the office to refer to. The ease of use is great.

Booking meeting rooms can be difficult, can be slow to load.

Our experience with QReserve has been fantastic, very responsive support team and extremely helpful in customizing the software to our needs.

I dislike that since our QReserve allowed single sign-on for our company, we can no longer login using our distribution email.

Our experience has been positive- our reps have been incredibly helpful and very responsive.

The only thing I dislike is that I am not notified when a new user registers into our page.

I loved that everything can be done online, and even from a phone. Our students love that they can see when vans are available and not.

Notification emails get lost in junk mail occasionally.

Overall, QReserve has worked very well for us. The team is great and we love how customized the platform can be.

We had so many complaints with our last product (Booking Bug).
