QReserve vs Café: Which is a better fit?

Our experience with QReserve has been fantastic, very responsive support team and extremely helpful in customizing the software to our needs.

I dislike that since our QReserve allowed single sign-on for our company, we can no longer login using our distribution email.

Our experience has been positive- our reps have been incredibly helpful and very responsive.

The only thing I dislike is that I am not notified when a new user registers into our page.

I loved that everything can be done online, and even from a phone. Our students love that they can see when vans are available and not.

Notification emails get lost in junk mail occasionally.

Overall, QReserve has worked very well for us. The team is great and we love how customized the platform can be.

We had so many complaints with our last product (Booking Bug).

The MS Teams integration and the standalone app are an amazing addition to the already great offering.

The reminders are difficult to delete or to hide.

The most important thing was keeping in place all the numbers regarding epidemiological measures but also a fun way to keep everyone connected no matter if they work from the office or from home.

After a day of using the product, I wanted to rebuild it, because the UI is annoying.

I love how easy it's to use for employees, admins, and other participants in charge of the process of hybrid work but also how it continuously improves every month.

Not clear how to exit tool use. With easing of office attendance limits tool use is no longer mandated.

And the super responsive and fast dev team are the cherry on top.

At the beginning, features and personalisation were limited. But they did a lot of changes during the last 6 months.
