Tech Support team are extremely helpful and friendly. Quizzes are a fantastic training tool as is the ability to insert 'how to' videos to the page.
It's to say that there was anything to dislike about livepro's software; anytime I had trouble or had an issue/ question, the support team would get to work solving it.

The administration is frustrating, I often have issues logging in to the platform.
It's super easy to find info, search just works. I love all the options to deliver info and it really helps to be able to quiz staff on items.
Setting up scopes/roles/users can be a little difficult.
I like the ease of use, I am new to the administrator role in using Livepro and i find it easy to develop and edit content. I also enjoy the ability to edit code in the back end when necessary.
