Tech support is outstanding. This software is the best I have seen at running seamlessly on large networks, as well as stand alone computers.

I would steer clear of McCormick after using it for a year it has become a burden to use and very encumbering. We went back to pencil and paper until determining what to use.

Customer service is excellent. The software itself is relatively easy to use and one of the best features is how it compares your quote to the costs of similar projects in the area.

It's sometimes hard to find relevant things in the drop down menus when trying to customise a project. For example windows or large doors etc.

And because the price of the service is affordable, it helps me work out if projects are financially sustainable before I take them on.

A lot of what we do is bespoke, so its difficult to price some of our bespoke stuff.

The system has been great and we believe it has helped us win projects and in the process allow us to keep the time spent estimating to a feasible level.

Material costs can take a while to update, and has no live direct links to merchant or supplier store pricing. Menas every price needs to be checked and adjusted as needed.
