So if i had to point out a pain point it would be the lack of Single Sign on.
We love how user friendly it is, how easy it is to customize our contracts to every need, how easy it is to sign and how easy it is to keep order in the contracts through the use of folders.
I was a bit confused at the start in regard of how to actually do the templates.
Its a great platform and they provide superb support. As they continue to develop functions and improve the UI/ UX this will be one of the best platforms out there.
Sometimes it is difficult to find some buttons and features. It is a minor thing but still frustrates me sometimes.
I like the template option, that makes it super easy to keep the same standard across all of our contracts. I also like how easy it is to share it with our customers and new employees.
Plenty of companies still require a physical signature and here contractbook is missing out in terms of just storing the contracts.
It has a very intuitive and friendly interface which makes it super easy to use. With it, i like how it enables us to keep all the information regarding our workers.
The metrics and reporting dashboard is a cluster of factors and figures which makes it less intuitive. It is prone to data entry errors at times.
Additionally, dependable customer service is essential, and SimpleVMS delivers. Their implementation team is outstanding and continuously follows up until my clients are comfortable with the system.
Now that SimpleVMS has live chat system, I have no aspect that I dislike.
I have been using SimpleVMS for the past 3 years and it has been a reliable and fantastic tool for vendor management. I like how fast it is to get started with and navigate through.
