But everything I have seen that it does, I am very happy and excited to start using it.
Triggering events didn't work properly and with the dashboard being too noisy, no one paid attention to alerts.
Resolved with the notifications and better abilities to filter down on dashboard views.
Other than having to do a lot of copying and pasting, and struggling with the lack of reports we really need, we couldn't be happier with the application as well as the customer service.
FC was easy to implement, has videos but better yet, customer service was available and more than willing to help or answer any questions. FC has really allowed by company to opportunity to grow.
I must also say that no other software company has implemented features we requested as fast as FC.
Financial Cents is an incredible accounting solution that suit our needs. I am impressed by the reliability and efficiency of Financial Cents.
No integrated e-mail triage, although you can forward emails to an "in-box" to turn them into one-off projects or to-do items.
We have improved our organization with customer files thanks to Office Tools. Time saving and cost effective software have resulted in better productivity numbers.
You will need training for the system and there is a cost for this. I struggle to get in touch with the support team and so it make's using the system difficult at times.
Works great and is very easy to use even for team members that are technology challenged. Tech support is amazing so quick to reply and great.
Hate: tech support used to be terrible before they were bought out, has improved but still not great. I may now be really spoiled by the product I moved to - response sometimes within minutes.
The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access.
We have been receiving an error message when logging in for months.
The ease of use and the functionality it brings to our office is fantastic. Customer support is great too.
We then had to convert back to QB desktop version as it was our only option. We patiently stuck with Office Tools on the belief that the software would continue to be developed and evolve.
Walker S.: Hi, my name is Walker. I'm the owner of Walker Solutions, and I give Financial Cents a four out of five. Before Financial Cents, I was doing everything manually myself or I hired people to do it, such as write emails. The document management system, I had to figure it out by myself or have someone else organize it. It was just costing me a lot of money and time. I chose Financial Cents because of the convenience. At the time, I had been trying a bunch of different project management softwares, but it was getting down to the wire of tax season, which is the busy season for my business approaching. So I did a demo with a representative from Financial Cents, and I really liked the ease of just having all of my clients be able to upload it, and I didn't have to do too much to just get started and just to get this thing going. Getting started with Financial Cents, the toughest part was getting together the listing of my clients and having them in that Excel. So I had to have an admin do that for me. We had already been working on that prior to starting with Financial Cents, but it was the easiest to do the upload. So that did take some time. But once that was done, it was easy to look through the system to see what's here. Because I did the demo, I did know some of the capabilities and know where things were. I do like that there was tutorial videos for my assistant to look at if I didn't have time to do anything. The templates for the customers, the clients, they were the best, honestly. The advice that I would give to other business owners or anyone looking to implement Financial Cents, I would definitely say, really check out the integrations because, for me, there were some programs that I didn't have or I wasn't fully using before, but I had to start using them once I boarded onto Financial Cents because they ease in the integration. For example, the signatures. Before, I was doing a different way to get signatures, but now I have Adobe Sign, which is very easy to use and it's very easily integrable with Financial Cents. It was nice, but I only got that because of the integration with Financial Cents. So if you already have programs that you use, I would really just make sure that they can integrate well with Financial Cents because you don't want to have to get something you didn't have before or switch something up too much and it doesn't work for you.
