OfficeTools vs HandiSoft: Which is a better fit?

We have improved our organization with customer files thanks to Office Tools. Time saving and cost effective software have resulted in better productivity numbers.

You will need training for the system and there is a cost for this. I struggle to get in touch with the support team and so it make's using the system difficult at times.

Works great and is very easy to use even for team members that are technology challenged. Tech support is amazing so quick to reply and great.

Hate: tech support used to be terrible before they were bought out, has improved but still not great. I may now be really spoiled by the product I moved to - response sometimes within minutes.

The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access.

We have been receiving an error message when logging in for months.

The ease of use and the functionality it brings to our office is fantastic. Customer support is great too.

We then had to convert back to QB desktop version as it was our only option. We patiently stuck with Office Tools on the belief that the software would continue to be developed and evolve.

Very good for what I use it for and would and have recommended it to small users like myself.

The errors have always been a bit odd. I think they should show the item number of the error for each error.

We have been using Handisoft for 25 plus years and have found reliability the greatest feature of the product. Despite that they have been able to innovate and improve consistently during that period.

HandiTax - working out why error messages appear can be difficult and time consuming and not always logical ie problem arises in a seeminlgly unrelated area.

I like the user friendly package. I like the document layouts as they are easy to talk through with clients and clients like the layout of the reports.

The manuals for the new Final Accounts, Tax in Cloud, Accountants Cloud are poor. Really difficult to train staff on new software and then you are required to pay more for training.

Had a very good relationship with the original developer [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and loved the time difference between NSW and WA for support and development reasons.

Experience over the past 12 months very disappointing.
