Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Capterra carefully verified over 2 million reviews to bring you authentic software and services experiences from real users. Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI. Learn more.
Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. Software and service providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website. I love that the interface is so user friendly. The layout and ways to use it are really easy and intuitive for people of all skill levels and tech comfort.
The merging of profiles and the inability to delete entries makes it difficult to remove bad targets. This was a problem when I was using Crowdskout with the RNC as well.
It was really use to see the most useful information on a profile easily. The customization was great and easy to do.
Many expected features seem misplaced or missing. It is not the most user-friendly software compared to other programs I've used.
Any request we have, their developers are eager and excited to build it out. This attitude is rare among tech companies.
I really dislike that there's not a manual button to merge two profiles once a duplicate is identified.
I also love that you can send a link to a particular user and it easily opens for someone who is logged into CS. I like that it's so customizable.
Also, it's really annoying that I can see other org's data in some of the fields (Title for example) rather than simply the ones we use.
I also really appreciate how responsive the team is to our needs and any questions they may have. Most importantly as a consultant, all my clients are overjoyed with Qomon.
No particular blocking issue so far. Automatic actions and workflows are not very clear yet.
The ease of creating campaign events. Effective volunteer management and engagement.
No many clients have heard of the product, thus, it was necessary to explain them how to use it.
The product was incredibly affordable, easy to use and upgraded our campaign from using paper lists into an easy to use mobile app.
Our campaign was very happy, especially that we had near constant customer support.
