I love that the interface is so user friendly. The layout and ways to use it are really easy and intuitive for people of all skill levels and tech comfort.
The merging of profiles and the inability to delete entries makes it difficult to remove bad targets. This was a problem when I was using Crowdskout with the RNC as well.
It was really use to see the most useful information on a profile easily. The customization was great and easy to do.

I really dislike that there's not a manual button to merge two profiles once a duplicate is identified.
I also love that you can send a link to a particular user and it easily opens for someone who is logged into CS. I like that it's so customizable.
Also, it's really annoying that I can see other org's data in some of the fields (Title for example) rather than simply the ones we use.
I also love the ability to suggest content as well and have been able to recommend articles for the organization this way.
I can't seem to figure out how to restrict my content suggestions to just English.
I enjoy the recommended feeds, and creating posts to share with the organization is fairly straight forward. The platform is user friendly.
Sometimes my post has errors and don't post automatically or don't post at all.
I love the ease of use of PostBeyond. It enables me to get content out there in a seamless manner, which looks good.
Sometimes I have problems with the alerts notification in order to share content.
We not only use this tool to recognize our awesome employees, we use this to recruite those that may be in the industry and looking for our type of positive, diverse culture.
I haven't found anything that I don't like about PostBeyond. It has it's purpose and serves just as it should.
