Qualifacts OnCall Virtual Care is designed for behavioral health and health and human services agencies.
I adore my therapist and can tell there are plenty of great therapists available for people. Sensitive content hidden] is attentive, understanding, and kind.
I have had frequent disconnections or missed connection and frequently have to trouble shoot.
Mend tech team wonderful at making changes as we request them and finding solutions for alternate workflows. Great implementation process.
Also, often if you do something wrong or that the system doesn't accept, there's no prompt as to HOW to fix it. Just shows an error and leaves you to figure out what you need to change.
I also love the messaging feature and ability to call a client if they are not showing up it helps save time finding a chart and calling the client so we can connect as soon as possible.
Its very difficult to sometimes our patients do not receive the link, that's always a problem.
Mend has been easy for providers and patients to use, making healthcare more accessible, and the service we've received from Mend leadership has been exceptional. We're very happy with our experience.
A little frustrating, especially if someone makes a last minute video visit and we have to stop what were doing to add them into mend real fast before their appointment start time.
I love the OnCall Platform. It put my clients at ease knowing that it is secure and reliable.
However, within the platform there is no such notification, leaving me with the mistaken impression I have delivered the link to the client.
I valued that the OnCall Health platform was simple and user friendly. If you are looking for a great and basic platform for services - it's splendid.
Almost every video call I tried either failed or had major problems.
Love that it has real person support when needed. Overall quality is very good when both ends of the call has good wifi.
This is mostly internet related but sometimes the calls do not connect or they drop. This is really difficult when doing therapy.
Seamless integration and flexibility that accommodated our specific needs made this a pleasure to implement. I really like this company and their team.
Clients find it difficult to get a hold of support and I have a couple of counsellors to add to platform with no idea how to do that.
Julie D.: I'm Julie. I'm an outpatient admissions specialist. I would give Mend a rating of a five. And for more, click below. I use Mend on a daily basis to schedule virtual care patients with therapists. I like how Mend is user-friendly and it's very organized, so it's easy to see the other therapist schedules versus who's available and who's not. Sometimes I don't like about Mend is the loading of the scheduling. You have to click more, which is not user-friendly sometimes.
Renata Z.: Hi. I'm Renata. I'm a naturopathic doctor. I give OnCall a four I five stars. For more reviews like this, click down below. When I was looking for an online software to use with my patients, I needed something that was secure and affordable. Initially, I considered using Zoom. However, the issue with Zoom is that to have the HIPAA compliant version, it was very, very expensive for me, and it didn't make sense for my practice. OnCall was a much more affordable version, which still gave me that HIPAA compliance, which allows me to have the safety and confidentiality for my patients, and it made it a lot easier to use than something like Zoom. OnCall was a really great platform that was functional, accessible, user friendly, and made things really simple for me, which was really useful, because at the time when COVID hit and my practice shifted to online, I needed something that was really easy. OnCall was a really easy platform form for me to integrate. It made things really easy when it came to scheduling and sending patients the links to sign up, and it was really seamless to use it alongside my charting platform. For all healthcare practitioners who are considering a virtual platform to use with patients, I would recommend searching OnCall, looking into it, and if you have questions, reaching out to their customer service, because I felt like their customer service team was really excellent at answering questions. They were really communicative, and really fast at responding to issues or inquiries that I had. And I feel like that made my decision process a lot more are seamless and personable.
