Recruiterflow is an operating system for staffing & recruiting agencies - comprising of applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, email sequences & recruiting automation - everything you need to grow!
Companies looking to scale their workforce, global enterprises, startups, and brands.
I like how simple RF's platform is - I also love the ability to view candidates within the job and see their stages. The candidate view is also great.
Sometimes the page disappears and I have to keep renewing it, that is a downside that needs to be worked on.
Fantastic product that was perfect when we set up and has grown and developed as we have.
This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used. Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky.
World class customer service, easy to use, intuitive, easy for candidates to apply, easy to track applications, easy to set up automations, easy integrations to post jobs, love it and recommend it.
Limited integration with modern productivity tools.
The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
No mobile app which makes it difficult to use on the go. However one cannot complain much given the price at which they offer the solution.
At our company we have used it over and over again to recruit for both short and long term assignments and we have been very successful finding good talent.
Experience with contractor was unprofessional. She lied - and rather than saying she couldn't take the job she disappeared for a week.
Upwork has been a great experience for me. I can find a freelancer to help me with my projects in a day or less than 24 hours. It is extremely fast and reliable.
There are so many freelancers and jobs that some scams and bad offers might creep in.
I really enjoy using this program. I have not received any offers as of yet, but I am optimistic about finding something I will excel at as well as enjoy.
The interface is terribly restrictive and confusing, seems like several projects glued together without internal cohesion.
Its Bidding System is professional, Interview Environment is Professional, Jobs Features i.e Fixed Price Job and Hourly Jobs are Great. Its Security System is Amazing.
I have used all the biggest platforms and in some of them, it is almost impossible to get jobs, in others, there are a lot of people trying to scam you.
Trevor S.: Hi, my name's Trevor and I'm the lead recruiter and founder of Angeleno Recruiting. And I use Recruiterflow. I love the product so much that I give it a five out of five. Before Recruiterflow, I was literally using a Google sheet to track all of this and moved over to Airtable, and then from there it wasn't enough. I needed something more robust. I needed something that I could make customizable for my needs, my industry and Recruiterflow was that answer. I really loved it. I chose Recruiterflow mostly because one, the salesperson was really great. They were very helpful, very transparent, made it very easy for me to be part of understanding what the value was. Additionally, as I dove into other platforms, I really just felt like Recruiterflow was the most customizable type of platform for a CRM and ATS. And for my industry being within the creative advertising and marketing world, there's a lot of different roles, a lot of different disciplines that need that type of customization to find those roles. And Recruiterflow did that. Additionally, I found their campaign sequencing through multiple emails really made it successful for me to reach these candidates, make sure that they didn't miss my outreach, and ultimately be able to integrate in with other tools like Calendly to make that opportunity for that individual and me reaching that individual very easy and being able to import all that information into Recruiterflow. It was a great experience. So getting started with Recruiterflow was amazing, very easy, simple to use, very intuitive. There were other products I was using and trying out that really just didn't work in the same way. Sure, they had a lot of customization, but it wasn't intuitive and that's what I really appreciate about Recruiterflow. Additionally, their user guides and their onboarding documentation was just super helpful, straightforward, and easy to use. And in addition to that, I had support within a few hours to be able to answer any questions and they just made it easy for me. So it was very quick. And even as I'm continuing to use this over multiple years, I'm continuing to see the improvements and it's really just great. If I were to recommend this to somebody, I would just say it's a great tool. I found it very easy to work with that if you're really looking for something that works for your needs, your experience, and really is a visually captivating type of tool to work with. So you're always enjoying working within the product versus something that can feel like an Excel sheet where there's not much to look at. This really gets you captivated. There's a lot of fun in it, and it's funny saying it's fun, but I really do enjoy it and it's a tool that I work in every single day. So I think for the price it's at, it's very valuable.
Danny: Hi, I'm Danny. I'm a Director of Web Development. I give Upwork a rating of five out of five and for more videos like this, please click the link below. Before switching to Upwork, we had tried freelancer.com. It worked okay, but the UI wasn't as good for us. We had a harder time getting our accounting team the visibility they needed into what we were spending money on, which projects to assign work to, which is what led us to ultimately find Upwork. The reason we chose Upwork was it was a lot easier to bring in other members of my team. We have an accounting person that needed to know what projects things needed to get attached to, who was spending the money, they needed to be part of that approval process. Some of the other alternatives didn't allow for that, so that was one of the big reasons we switched to Upwork. The other thing we really liked about Upwork was it's similar to any of the shopping apps that you might use, so there's ratings, instead of for products that you're purchasing, there are ratings for the freelancers that you would use, so it basically is a work history for them that you can see. You can ask them questions. That was super helpful. And then the other really big thing that we liked was they have more or less an escrow process where there's a third party involved to make sure that A, the work gets done and B, that the freelancer ends up getting paid. So it's a big draw for the freelancer, but that was a really big draw for us to just have that third party to kind of verify and make sure that the work's getting done. That was a really important part of our decision to pick Upwork. Onboarding and integration was super simple on Upwork. I think we posted our first job and it took just a matter of minutes and we literally had... Matter of fact, if I even step back as I'm posting the job, they're already suggesting freelancers as I'm posting the job and I think we must have gotten 45 applicants to our first posting within the first hour, so just a amazing onboarding. We had suggested freelancers that they provided right off the bat and then we could invite those people if we chose. I think we invited a few of those and then we had 40 to 50 more applicants for the first job. And every other job has been almost the same experience of super simple, just like you'd make any other job posting. They have support documentation that's right there and available that's ready to use, but we didn't even really need to use that. It was pretty straightforward to just get right in there, post the job, and get applicants very quickly. If you're considering Upwork versus any other platform or just in general, I'd say go for it. We've tried several of the competitors, but they're onboarding's super simple, their support's really quick to respond and most importantly, you're there to look for people to do work for you. We have internal teams, but when we get larger projects and we need overflow, we're able to go get applicants, and fill positions, and get work done very, very quickly. And that's why we've chosen Upwork, that's why we stick with Upwork, and we really don't use any other platform for finding freelancers or finding talent at our organization.
